UNLESS STATED IN THE BODY OF THE PROPOSAL

* In most cases, paint touch-up by others may be necessary after completion of work.

* Price Does Not Include Custom Stain Colors, Bleach, Fume, Smoke or Dye Treatments or Latex Finishes.

* All orders require a 50% deposit and the balance upon completion unless other terms are noted.

* Price Does NOT Include Subfloor Prep, Stair Parts, Flooring Protection, Wood Vents, Borders, or any

 Custom Transition Pieces.

* On Any Installation, there will be an Additional Charge for any Door that Needs to be Cut ($50.00 each)

* Please Note: When Removing Old Flooring During Demolition Process, and new wood installations vibration may cause nails to pop in the ceiling below (Please Confirm)

* Living in the Northeast region, we are exposed to extremely cold/dry winters and very hot/humid summers. Normal living conditions are considered 65′-75″F (18′-24″C) with a relative humidity to be between 35 %to 45%. This is the range that is best for the well-being of your new wood flooring. If these conditions of the home are not met/maintained, and your wood flooring reacts negatively, we can NOT honor any claim. (PLEASE CONFIRM)

* If Gold Saw is contracted to move customer’s furniture, we expect that all clothing, personal items, breakable items, and electronics are removed by customer Prior to start date.

* If work is unable to be performed on a scheduled date, rescheduling charges will be added.

* Gold Saw typically delivers more material than what we charge our customers for.

Therefore, any leftover material after work is complete, will be considered the property of Gold Saw Wood Floors. Gold Saw will leave any open cartons with the customer.

* Delivery, sanding, or installation dates scheduled, are only subject to cancellation 48 hrs. notice or cancellation fees will apply.
